100% Grown and Spun French Linen with Lemaitre Demeestere

Bsamply supplier, Lemaitre Demeestere under the parent company Natup Group, becomes the first manufacturer to produce wet linen entirely made in France. 

Founded in 1835, Lemaitre Demeestere is one of the 5 oldest textile companies in France and one of the view French weavers certified with “Master of linen” ( All members guaranteeing traceability, quality and innovation ). Weaving linen fabrics from 90 g / m² up to 1500 g / m² and in all kinds of finishings including twill, voile, stonewashed, and blur for both home and ready-to-wear fashion, Lemaitre Demeestere offers customers an incredibly wide selection of products that go beyond linen but silk, alpaca and cashmere.  

With a deep history and a commitment to maintaining their ancestral know-how, Lemaitre is considered an expert in upholstery and upscale decorations within the interior industry. Attentive to sustainability and their impact on the environment, in February of 2022, Lemaitre Demeestere, under the parent company Natup Group, opened its own spinning mill in Northern France, making the entire production process, from the seed to the finished product 100% Made in France. An action that not only reduces carbon emissions as a result of shorter distances between farming and factories but that guarantees full control of the value chain and traceability.
